These terms apply when you use Bridge Words at playbridgewords.com. Bridge Words is a daily word puzzle created by Ben Stadler.
Using Bridge Words
You may use Bridge Words for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to interfere with the site, overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to scrape, copy, or abuse the game.
Accounts and Archives
The daily puzzle can be played without an account. Optional archive features may require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for the account you use to sign in. Archive completions may be limited to one completion per puzzle date, and past archive completions do not count toward daily streaks.
Game Content
Bridge Words, including its puzzle design, text, interface, graphics, and related materials, belongs to Bridge Words or its creator. You may share normal score results generated by the game, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute puzzle content without permission. Score links are public to anyone who receives them and may be forwarded or cached by messaging and social apps.
Fair Play
Bridge Words is intended to be played honestly. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate requests, or attempt to bypass archive limits, account limits, spoiler protections, or score rules. A public score link presents the values encoded in that link; it is not proof that a score was earned honestly.
Third-Party Services
Bridge Words may use third-party services including Google, Apple, Supabase, and Netlify. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
Bridge Words may change, pause, or remove features at any time. Puzzles, archives, stats, score rules, and account features may be updated as the game evolves.
No Warranty
Bridge Words is provided as-is. The site may contain errors, interruptions, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, Bridge Words disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bridge Words and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
